All undergraduate degrees require completion of the University and General Education Curriculum (UEC/GEC). Depending upon the degree program chosen, some GEC categories have specific course requirements. 2.1 Literature (3 hrs)

Select 1 course. Students seeking a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Fine Arts, or any teacher education degree (except Music Education) must complete a minimum of 6 hrs of literature. ENG 1010 and ENG 1020 must be completed prior to enrolling in ENG 2110 or ENG 2120.

Hours To Degree

This degree requires a minimum of 128 hrs of course credit. No more than 50% of the required 128 hrs (64 hrs) applied to this degree may be earned at a community college. At least 40 hrs of earned coursework must be numbered 300 or above. The last 25% of the required 128 hrs (32 hrs) must be earned at William Carey University.
