MTH 2060 - Practicum: Older Adults and Hospice

Entry-level psychosocial and spiritual needs approach focusing 1:1 with older adults in hospice. Music therapy to increase quality of life through evidence-based meaningful discussion and passive music therapy interventions. Orientation, observation, session planning, age-appropriate meaningful repertoire for older adults, and facilitation supervised by MT-BC.
Field Experience Requirement: 9 hrs
