Department of Curriculum and Instruction

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction offers CAEP-accredited programs focused on achieving equity for learners from all academic, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds. These programs lead to advanced Class AA or Class AAA licensure, except for the Alternate Route pathway, which provides a track for initial teacher certification. Through a combination of evidence-based instruction and clinical field experiences, students prepare to meet diverse learner needs.
