NRN 346 - Applied Assessment and Health Promotion for RNsCredit Hours: 4 Lecture Hours: 3.75 Lab Hours: 3.75 A study focusing on building upon the basic concepts and the advancement of RN skills to assess the health status of the individual adult client, including the older adult. Emphasis is placed on obtaining health history, physical examination techniques for the different body systems, communication, documentation, health promotion concepts, and application of assessment skills to clinical reasoning.
