Owen and Elizabeth Cooper School of Missions and Ministry Studies

In the Cooper School of Missions and Ministry Studies, we are passionate about helping students grow in their knowledge of God and their relationship with him. We are not just raising up future scholars; we are raising up a generation of students who are going to preach the Word and take the gospel to the nations.

We serve students by offering them the opportunity to study the Bible and associated disciplines in their historical, literary, and theological contexts. We want our graduates to be prepared to serve Christ through missions or ministry in any setting, whether in a local church or a multicultural or cross-cultural context.

The Cooper School offers degrees and minors in Christian studies and intercultural studies as well as a minor in philosophy. Additionally, through the Arabic Language Initiative, the school offers students the opportunity to learn Arabic and to immerse themselves in the culture of the Middle Eastern country of Jordan.
