BIO 1110 - Principles of Biological Science

Introduction to the biological sciences in which foundational principles and processes are emphasized, including cellular structure, metabolism, and function, as well as broader topics such as basic ecology and evolution. This course includes a one-hour laboratory experience.

This course is intended for biological science majors; however, non-majors may take it to satisfy the general education curriculum science requirement.
