GER 3740 - Introduction to Case Management

The course begins with a discussion of case management from a generic standpoint. The student will be able to use case management as an approach to service delivery which ensures that aging persons with complex, multiple needs receive the needed services in a timely and appropriate manner. Emphasis will be placed on networking and linkage using varied roles and techniques.
