Psychology, B.A.

Students may choose between a basic Psychology major or a Psychology major with an emphasis in Trauma. Both curriculums require the completion of 36 credit hours in psychology (PSY) courses.

PSY 430 - History and Systems of Psychology Credit Hours: 3
PSY 441 - Experimental Psychology Credit Hours: 3
PSY 495 - Introduction to Field Experience Credit Hours: 3

Trauma Emphasis

The emphasis in Trauma is offered to Psychology majors as an option to the basic psychology curriculum. The following three courses (9 hours) are required as part of the Psychology major for the emphasis in Trauma:
