HAE 614 - Organizational and Administrative Theory
Credit Hours: 3 This course examines the evaluation of the concepts, models, and theories of health care organizations. Emphasis will be placed on the analysis of quantitative and qualitative decision making models in health care systems. Continuous quality improvement strategies will be analyzed in terms of patient safety and staff outcomes. This course will serve as an introduction to database management for administrative decision making.
