Credit Hours: 3 The scope and sequence of the elementary social studies curriculum is examined. An emphasis is placed on the development of concepts and generalizations appropriate for the elementary child. A field experience in an elementary school is a component of this course. Prerequisite(s) social science core (3 hours of field experience)
